Trauma Therapy for adults in Broomfield, CO
- Therapy Sessions: I provide individual therapy for adults (18+ and out of high school) on a weekly or biweekly basis. Sessions last between 45-55 minutes.
- Intensives: I also provide EMDR intensives, which are two 3-hour sessions twice per week for two weeks. Additional intensive sessions can be scheduled on an as-needed basis, and the number of sessions can also be reduced as appropriate.
Rates & Insurance
Rates:
- 50-minute sessions are $160.
- Hourly rate for intensives is $180 as this is a premium service.
Insurance:
I am in-network with Kaiser and Aetna, and I am able to bill out of network for all other insurances except Blue Cross Blue Shield.
(Note: I accept Kaiser and Aetna for hourly sessions. Intensives are generally not insurance eligible.)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
